My life has been too busy to keep up with since Thanksgiving. Over Thanksgiving I had the chance to visit Steve and his family in Seattle. It was a really exciting weekend for the Boyd family and they had lots going on. Craig (Steve's brother) came home from his two year mission in Chile on Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving). It was really nice to finally meet Craig since he's another one of the family I haven't met. Also I had the chance to meet another one of the family- Steve's step-brother Corbin- He came up from Boise!

Picking up Craig from the airport!!!!Throughout the week Steve's family and I went out and did a lot of things. We went to Dick's after we picked up Craig from the airport. It's a really good burger place near Seattle and it's a must if your in the area. They have some of the best burgers and fries. Thursday we had a big Thanksgiving feast with lots of family and friends! Everything was soo good and we had a good time playing Just Dance and other games with family. Thursday night we headed over to Steve's moms house and had some pie and visited. Black Friday Steve and I went to the Alderwood Mall which is near Snohomish and went right when stores started opening around midnight. When I suggested Black Friday shopping to Steve he thought I meant during the day....little did he know was that I really meant at midnight when things started opening- he wasn't very happy about staying up that late and shopping but he went anyways :) It was really fun from my point of view! I got my first pair of skinny jeans and some new Van's which I love both of them very much! Steve said that he will try anything once and this he said he would never do again :) The rest of the day Friday we set up for Steve's sister Christy's wedding. Her wedding was the next day and the reception was being held at the Boyd's ward building. My brother Shawn stopped by to say hello while we were decorating and helped out a little too! Thanks Shawn for all your help. Later that night Steve took me out for our 7 Month Dating Anniversary (haha I know cheesy that I count) but we went to Olive Garden and it was delicious. Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants and it was a good night just to talk and have fun and go on a date. Saturday was Christy's big day! Her and Nick got married in a court house in Everett and had a reception that night! It was really fun and made me even more anxious for my own wedding. Sunday I went to church with Steve's family and it was nice to meet more and more people from Steve's ward. After church we had a big dinner with family and just relaxed. Monday we went to the Boyd's cabin and shot off fireworks. It was soo fun! I've never shot off fireworks before and it was some of the most fun I've had in my life haha :) Then that night we had a Twilight marathon. Tuesday Steve dropped me off at the airport to begin my journey back to Rexburg! After getting off the plane in Boise I got to see my sister Holly and her new daughter Ella! 5 more hours on a shuttle and I was home.

Ella and I (Holly's baby)This semester has gone by so fast and it's just the way I wanted it! The wedding is in 10 days and I'm beyond excited and ready for it! I have to wait 10 more days and it's here! I am going to be working full time at my job I've had this semester at the Academic Discovery Center and then my parents are going to be picking me up on Thursday! Can't wait to spend Christmas with my family!
