4th of July

The 4th of July is such a fun holiday! You usually have nice weather, parades, barbeques, and fireworks. This fourth of July was so much fun. We started the day out by going to Idaho Falls and selling Steve's IBC T-shirts. I helped them sell from 12-3 and we ended up selling about 20 shirts during our 3 hour time slot which was really good! We got a lot of sun and rode around Idaho Falls on our boards after we were done selling.

We then headed to Monkey Rock Swimming Hole with Drew and Taylor for the afternoon to cool off. It was Steve and I's first time going and it was a lot of fun. We tried so many times to walk under the waterfall but the current/water from the waterfall was pulling us away from it and it was hard. We stayed for about an hour and then went home to get ready for fireworks.

We made some fruit pizza because I've been craving it for quite sometime and it's just a fun summer treat. We then met Drew and Taylor up by the Rexburg temple to watch fireworks on the hill. We saw so many around the area and then and went to shoot off our own. I can admit I love fireworks and get so excited to shoot them off. We had such a fun day with the Barney's and I am so grateful for the free country we live in.
